You can do this by reading professional articles related to your career goals, read about others in that position, learn about the actual work that you will undertake once you secure a job, read about the benefits of your chosen career path, and network with others with similar goals.
As you go about accomplishing each milestone to reach your goals, reward yourself for the achievement and keep in mind that each one brings you closer to your goal. Don’t think about how much you still have to do but how much has already been accomplished and how you’re closer to the goal. It may be a slow process and you might need to wait several years to get the required training and experience, but the benefits make it worthwhile.
