The Right Way to Respond to Common Interview Questions

There is no single correct answer to these questions. The answer will differ based on your situation. However, there are guidelines on answering such questions and you can find plenty of resources online to help you answer these and other common interview questions related to the position you are applying for.The key is to research the job and company well; have a firm idea of your qualifications, capabilities, and career goals; practice your responses well (preferably with a friend); and be confident.Think of each interview as a “practice session.” The more interviews you attend, the better you get. One main reason people fail at job interviews is because of fear / lack of confidence. If you respond honestly and with confidence, you can pass the interview easily. Good luck in your job search.
